Sale Highlights

How the process works

BEFORE THE SALE

It starts with a free consultation at the home. We sort and price everything, bring in trusted appraisers for fine art and jewelry, stage each room, and advertise to buyers, designers and collectors.

SALE DAYS

Our team runs the sale from open to close: pricing questions, checkout, security and the line. You don’t need to be there.

AFTER THE SALE

Leftover items go to donation, and our clean-out partners leave the house broom-swept. You receive a clear, itemized statement and your payment. Then, the next chapter is yours.

The person behind Keystone meet Courtney

I started Keystone to bring together what I do best: recognize potential, bring order to a full house, and get things moving.

I’ve been attending estate sales since I got my driver’s license in 1996. Over the years, I’ve bought, restored, and sold vintage furniture, navigated resale marketplaces, and created residential and commercial interiors through my design business, Camp Mohawk Days. That experience has taught me to look closely, research thoughtfully, and make practical decisions about what to restore, what to showcase, and how to price things to sell.

I’m a treasure hunter at heart, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, art, and objects with a history. I love discovering something overlooked and helping someone understand what they have. Keeping useful, beautiful things in circulation is central to my work.

I’m also hands-on. I drive a pickup, I’m comfortable getting dirty, and a house full of belongings doesn’t intimidate me. I see a project to understand, organize, and carry through. I enjoy the details, the physical work, and the clear process of taking a sale from the first walkthrough to the final handoff.

Keystone gives that work a purpose I care about: helping people move through a transition with someone capable in their corner. I bring curiosity to the belongings and care to the people behind them. My goal is for clients to feel informed and confident throughout the process, and to finish with a lighter load, proceeds from their sale, and a clear path forward.
